Simply cube sweet potato and regular potato and boil in salted water until cooked. Drain and allow to cool down by running cold water. Put aside .
Shred the red cabbage raw and place in a large bowl.Chop some onion , garlic and fresh parsley .
Add the onions , garlic and parsley to cabbage and mix well.
For the last step, add the potatoes and fold gently while seasoning not to break the potato to much. Best seasoning is a vinaigrette dressing or use one of your preferred vinaigrette base dressings, no need for fatty mayo, especially on a hot summer day. Try adding some fresh chopped rosemary to give it a little more life.
