Simply steam broccoli florets leaving them extra crunchy. Place in a bowl and allow to cool a bit. Add a good amount of chopped raw garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon (+/-) , splash of good olive oil, chopped parsley, salt/ pepper. Toss, taste for seasonings and serve room temperature as a side.
