Get a good homemade bakery bread, sliced. Spread a good amount of goat cheese on one slice.
Add a good amount of black cherry jam (leave it lumpy) or other preferred jam.
Place some smoked salmon. Add some chopped onion and chopped parsley. Pour a couple of teaspoons of good quality olive oil and top with another slice. When serving, cut in 1/2 or into 4.
