Saute large beef chunks with onions until beef cooks through and onions are soft and cooked. Season with some salt and pepper.
Add a good amount of cut celery and cut carrots. Continue to cook about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add a can of crushed tomato. Mix well.Continue to cook until the tomato is cooked down
Cover with water, add some salt and pepper and cover. Allow to simmer for about 3 hours. Taste for seasonings and serve.
