Simply sautee a sliced red onion till soft and add some ground sausage.Continue to cook stirring from time to time until the sausage is fully cooked through.
Add a splash of red wine vinegar and about a teaspoon of butter. Add the cauliflower and cooked beans. Season with salt/pepper and add just enough chicken broth to cover the mixture. Cover and continue to cook until liquid evaporates and cauliflower are cooked to preferred consistency. Add a good amount of chopped cilantro ( or parsley).
Just before serving, add a small amount of finely chopped garlic a splash of olive oil, taste for seasonings and serve.
